Federal criminal complaint contends Obama ineligible

Ex-officer alleges prez used 'contrivance, concealment, dissembling and deceit'. Ex-military officer has raised the stakes in the ongoing dispute over Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, filing a criminal complaint against the "imposter" with the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Retired U.S. Navy officer Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III, who has run a campaign for two decades to uncover and try to correct what he believes are criminal activities within the military, accused the president of "treason."

HuffPost weighs in on Obama Certification

Well, now it seems another case has fallen by the wayside. The best part of this article is the comments at the end.
My analysis of the judge's statement about court costs:
All Obama (Sotero) needs to do is produce the Birth Certificate. All of the litigation would be moot if he would produce it. The costs and delays are results of his coverup, not anyone else!
Lawyers and plaintiffs in a multitude of lawsuits also have asked why, if a birth certificate actually reflects that Obama was born in Hawaii, has he spent sums estimated by observers of up to $1 million hiring various law firms to keep concealed his birth certificate, his college records and other documentation.
... it's clear that Obama has something in the documentation of his history, including his birth certificate, college records and other documents that "he does not want the public to know."

When will Obama come clean?

Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who now is a plaintiff in one of the many lawsuits seeking to verify whether Barack Obama qualifies under the U.S. Constitution's requirements to occupy the Oval Office, says the tactics adopted by lawyers for the president confirm there is an issue for the courts to investigate.

More "perjury" in Chicago

CHICAGO - Sen. Roland Burris admitted Saturday that former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's brother asked him for a campaign contribution before the governor appointed Burris to the Senate.

The disclosure is at odds with Burris' testimony in January when an Illinois House impeachment committee specifically asked if he had ever spoken to Robert Blagojevich or other aides to the now-deposed governor about the Senate seat vacated by Barack Obama.

Obama documentation activists -- not conspiracy theorists

By Michael Bresciani
"Most of those filing law suits to subpoena Obama's documents are lawyers, politicians and military people none who have ever been known to be conspiracy theorists on any subject. The attempt to put them in the same class with those who chase UFO sightings or those who are still looking for the Holy Grail is demeaning and ridiculous." ....

"The birth certificate in question is only one document that is conspicuously missing from Barack Obama's past. The list of documents is huge and it is one of the reasons all of them have been sought by various lawyers and interested parties."

Obama retakes Oath of Office - screwed up the first time

Bad news from Congressman Platts

Says a letter writer:
I questioned my Pennsylvania congressman, Todd Russell Platts, regarding Obama's citizenship. He sent me a letter, and I quote his response: "There is no federal agency responsible for certifying that a presidential candidate meets the constitutional requirements, nor is there any requirement that a background check be performed on someone who seeks the office of president of the United States."

My 2 cents:
This is the job of either our representatives (aka "Congress") or ourselves (aka "the people").

Eligibility Questions continue - Just show the damn Birth Certificate

If Obama is not eligible, legally, the United States of America will have no president. A usurper will wield such power as few men have ever held, having no constitutional warrant.

For why else would anyone hire lawyers and expend millions of dollars to avoid producing a $12.50 birth certificate to show eligibility under the Constitution?

On the eve of the inaguration - a few flies in the ointment

Worldnetdaily.com article:

If Obama is sworn in as president, we will file a Petition for Writ of 'Quo Warranto,' a case that will challenge Obama as being ineligible to serve as president because he is 'not qualified,'" said Philip J. Berg, a lawyer who has brought several cases to court. Berg, whose information is on his ObamaCrimes.com website, indicated the issue isn't going away.

"The gravamen of the petition is the question as to whether United States Senator Barack Hussein Obama, of Illinois, is eligible to serve as president of the United States pursuant to the requirements for that office in the Untied States Constitution," he wrote. "The records sought may provide documentary evidence, and/or admissions by said defendant, as to said eligibility or lack thereof."
